STOP HALLUCINATING PEOPLE! How could you ever claim that this administration of suspended Mayor Taruc indeed constructed the town hall? Taruc became mayor in 2007, but the town hall had already its concrete roof tiles and aluminum sliding windows way back in 2002. And it was painted cream and so stately in its appearance. It was only the interiors which was not completed then. These people think that because they installed tiles on the flooring and painted it green now gives them the right to claim that they already constructed the town hall.
They claim that the money spent for the renovation of the town hall came from the donation of a concerned citizen, from their clear insinuations it came from Danilo Tamayo, a contractor from Pattao. How about if the money did not came from DDT? And they are pointing to him only so people wont suspect that they are cheating on government money because allegedly DDT is very rich? From the facts of the illegal renovation I am pretty much sure that Taruc will soon be prosecuted for malversation of public funds. NO ACCOUNTING AT ALL! I am at a lost as to how Taruc can ever prove before the Ombudsman and before the Sandiganbayan that he was authorized to order the renovation of the town hall, and that he was authorized by the SB to accept donations and spend it.
I just hope your claim that you constructed the town hall will work to mitigate the penalty that will soon be imposed on Taruc for his criminal liability
