This would nice thinkin ahead is not bad...i myself dont wanna be around Manila or Quezon City to much traffic!!!!!lack of planning on DOT lots of money for sure,,going to their pocket....
I would like to see this in Congress Cagayan Valley Railways CEZA should consider talking to all this Municipalities Dugo,Camalaniugan,to Sta Ana to propose a NE Lightrailway for the better......
